All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service when conditions are unsafe or when the work would be unlawful.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are not binding unless they are in writing. The final price may vary with the scope of the work, materials, site conditions, or unforeseen issues found once work begins.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. Payments are handled outside the website. Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. Failure to pay may lead to lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the building and the work area. Any hazards at the site must be disclosed and secured before work begins.
