Why Us
A down fryer or dish machine costs a restaurant sales and slows every order. Here is what to expect from each visit.

Questions
Cold food above 41°F, a dish machine rinse below 180°F, and doors, seals, or hinges that no longer close tight are all problems Georgia inspectors mark. A hood suppression system tagged non-compliant is another, and Georgia bars cooking while it is out of service, which ties into fire sprinkler inspection. A single-temperature stationary-rack dish machine needs at least 165°F.
A kitchen repair request is reviewed for the equipment, location, and urgency, and approved work is quoted before dispatch. The technician is dispatched, and the repair is carried out and documented. Georgia expects equipment to be kept in repair and a dish machine to carry its data plate. Grease interceptors tie into commercial plumbing. You review the work, then receive the invoice.
Cost follows the type and age of the equipment and the parts it needs. Refrigerant work requires an EPA Section 608 certified technician, and in Georgia, connecting or servicing LP gas appliances calls for a licensed LP gas dealer. ENERGY STAR certified commercial refrigerators and freezers average 20 percent more efficient than standard models, which matters when deciding whether to repair or replace.
The Food Service Technology Center recommends cleaning refrigeration condenser coils at least quarterly, as reported by the Foodservice Consultants Society. A hood fire-suppression system needs service by certified technicians at least every 6 months under NFPA 96, which is also a fire protection task. A written calendar under preventive maintenance keeps those intervals visible.
Georgia allows up to 72 hours to correct a priority violation and up to 10 calendar days for a priority foundation item. A kitchen scoring a U, which is 69 or less, gets a follow-up within 10 days, and one that does not reach at least a C may be asked to close voluntarily until violations are corrected.
